Album Review

Ed Hilgemeier [allmusic.com]

I used to own this album back in 79' when it was released on vinyl. As my music tastes took another path and cd's took over I lost my interest and appreciation for how good this album really is. Different from the first album but still very much U.K. When John Wetton passed in Jan of 2017, I decided to revisit my Wetton collection. It was then I remembered how good this album was and obtained a cd from Japan through Amazon. Maybe a little pricey at $30 but once I listened to it the price was a bargain. Wetton, Jobson and Bozzio have produced a one of a kind album. There are flavors here from the first U.K. album, King Crimson, even Roxy Music, (ok, Asia too), and Bozzio is coming into his own as one of rock's finest drummers. If you are a fan of any of these musicians, adding this to your catalog is a worthy tribute to a small but brilliant star in the sky of Progressive music.
